Ik ken het gevoel, bij mijn vorige camper een peugeot J7 diesel ook volgas 88km en zuipen 1 : 6.5. Maar jullie hebben in ieder geval een mooie reis gemaakt. Welkom weer terug in Nederland.

Een Mercedes / hanomag 306 met open laadbak voor erg weinig geld.
Een nooit voltooid restauratieproject dat eigenlijk al 16 jaar niet meer op de weg was geweest, met een niet werkende koppeling en een onbekende hoeveelheid werk, wat ik buiten in de kou zou moeten doen met de winter voor de deur.

na het nodige sleutelwerk in de soms toch wel hevige kou, sneeuwstormen en temperaturen tot -20, kon het autootje met een gereviseerde koppelinghoofdcilinder, nieuwe remleidingen, vers uitgedraaide trommels en wat kleiner werk kon het autootje voor het eerst in 16 jaar gekeurd de weg op.
