In ieder geval nooit Mercedes-Benz klantenservice bellen want die hebben dit ondergebracht bij Pronto, een bureau dat € 50,-- vraagt om een rondleiding te regelen. (lees: een telefoontje te plegen c.q. e-mail sturen)
Mercedes-Benz Nederland heeft dit zo afgesproken en wil hier geen verandering inbrengen. :angry:
Niets tegen Pronto hoor, aardige vrouw die geld wil verdienen maar het bedrag dat zij met Mercedes heeft afgesproken is veel te hoog.
Vind het wel schandalig van Mercedes dat ze niet het Duitse nummer of e-mailadres doorgeven.
