Ik heb 2 vragen:

1ste vraag:
Ik ondervind vrij specifieke problemen met mijn cruise control. Ik ben benieuwd of iemand deze ‘symptomen’ herkent en weet waar het probleem zit of waarschijnlijk zit.

- Als ik de cruis-control activeer door de hendel kort omhoog te drukken zet hij de snelheid lang niet altijd vast. Meestal activeert de cruise control niet.
- Als de cruise control wel activeert zakt hij eerst flink in snelheid terug voordat hij de snelheid vastzet. Soms 5 km, soms 20 km.
- Als de snelheid vastgezet is zakt deze langzaam. Van 120 naar 105 in 10-15 min. (ongeveer) Dit gebeurt niet altijd.

- Ik kan wel de snelheid verhogen door de hendel omhoog vast te houden. Dit werkt altijd.

Waar zit dit in? Wat kan ik testen? Wat moet ik vervangen?

2de vraag:
Mijn schoonvader heeft van een bevriende monteur begrepen dat bij de W123 280E een asje loopt van het ontstekingshuis naar de oliepomp. Dit zou een zwak punt zijn en vaak kapot gaan. Dit kan dan resulteren in het vastlopen van de motor.

Hebben jullie hier ervaring mee? Als dit een bekend zwak punt is, hoe lossen andere 280E rijders dit op?
