De laatste jaren ben ik hier zo nu en dan op bezoek geweest, en met dank aan jullie vele tips en foto's heb ik menig klein mankement aan mijn auto op weten te lossen. Bij deze nog hiervoor mijn hartelijke dank! Al meer dan vijf jaar ben ik de trotse bezitter van een W123 200D uit '83. En met nog geen 120k op de teller ben ik van plan om hier ook nog wel een tijdje mee door te gaan...alhoewel..
Door een topic van BoutWout over 'Hybride Conversie' besloot ik om jullie het volgende voor te leggen: Al een tijd speel ik met de gedachte om mijn auto om te (laten) bouwen tot volledig elektrische auto. Oftewel, motor eruit, brandstoftank eruit enz. en elektromotor op de versnellingsbak. Volgens mij is dit een duurzaam alternatief om op de lange termijn in mijn W123 te kunnen blijven rijden. Ik vraag me af of hier misschien anderen ook mee bezig zijn? Denken jullie dat het een goed plan is of misschien wel een compleet belachelijk idee? Ik ben erg benieuwd naar jullie reacties.
