Mijn opmerking is dan ook voor de amateur (de meeste hier) ten aanzien v/d beperkte houdbaarheid van bougiekabes ect. Ik ben nl op gebied van hoogspanning en alle componenten eromheen beroepsmatig expert.

Dat bij jouw na tig Kdkm en > 40 jaar alles nog als nieuw is, is toch prachtig.

Ik weet heus wel waar ik over praat. Nogmaals, mijn kabels zijn goed. Ik wilde alleen maar zeggen dat ook Beru origineel geleverd is door Mercedes.

Dit kan in het slechte geval stof/vocht vasthouden.
Duidelijk is dat dit allemaal ten koste gaat v/d hoogspanning aan het einde v/d kabel, nl de bougie.
Soms is het duidelijk te voelen bij vochtige omstandigheden door de bougie kabels te omvatten met de handen. Je kunt dan zomaar een oplazer krijgen. Dus slechte isolatie. Gaat ten koste v/d bougiespanning.
Oude kabels zijn vaak met een koolkern. Deze is dan gebroken en verbrokkeld. Help ook niet erg.

Dit hele verhaal is niet te meten met huis/tuin en keuken meters.
Hoop dat deze argumenten je kunnen overtuigen.
