Heb ze uit eindelijk met RVS M5 boutjes en moertjes gemonteerd, maar dan wel met een mooi kruis kopje ipv een zeskant.

Tevens vond ik bij de hornbach plastic dopjes die er mooi overheen vallen. Ik heb rubberen ringen gebruikt als afstandshouders tussen het plaatwerk van de auto en de plaat zelf. Mooi spanningsvrij en trillingsvrij gemonteerd zo.

Vóór heb ik de originele inschuif busjes gebruikt waar meteen een M5 boutje in kan, ook hier weer een dopje op de kruisschroef.

Nu heb ik wat zitten lezen, maar kom er niet helemaal uit hoe ik deze net netste kan monteren.

Achter: Er zijn mooie chromen houders te koop, maar die montage punten zitten niet op de goede plek.Ik heb de originele schroefbusjes weg geslepen omdat de oude schroeven vast geroest zaten. Ik heb nu dus meegespoten 'gaten' en dus alle vrijheid m.b.t. montage.

Voor: De originele houder vóór heb ik er ook nog bij, maar het lijkt dat ik dan ook gaatje moet boren in de nieuwe platen, omdat deze houder niks klemt. Het is alleen een onder leg plaat om het geheel op de auto te schroeven. Hoe is het kenteken vóór te monteren zonder zichtbare schroeven en met originele houder?

De afmetingen van historische platen zijn trouwens: 445x105 mm (langwerpig) ipv 520x110 mm (langwerpig)

Waarschijnlijk is de originele onderleg plaat dan ook te smal.
