Dit is een moderne plastic versie, je hebt ze ook van metaal. Er loopt een bruin gekleurde vacuümleiding naar toe die met een soort rubber sokje is aangesloten op de pomp.
Je kan de stopzetter testen door bij draaiende motor een vacuümleiding rechtstreeks aan te sluiten vanaf de nippel van de hoofdvacuümleiding (dat is de witte grote slang van de voorkant van de motor naar de zwarte rembekrachtiger). Gaat de motor dan nog niet uit, dan is de stopzetter kapot. Anders is er een probleem met de schuif bij het contactslot of is er een lek in het vacuümsysteem elders.
De rembekrachtiger werkt wel?

Contactsleutel in de hand, maar de motor van mijn 200D bleef lopen. Het hendeltje aan de zijkant van wat ik denk dat de brandstofpomp is verandert wel van stand (van 11uur naar tien uur). Toen ik hem naar 9 uur duwde stopte de motor en ik ontdekte dat er op het hendeltje 'stop' stond. Gezocht op het forum - medio 2007 wordt een soortgelijk probleem vermeld. Vraag: Als het vacuumdoosje kapot is, waar zit deze? (je merkt het, ik weet weinig van techniek, maar wil hierover graag leren). Als iemand zo'n vacuumdoosje heeft liggen- kan ik 'm van je kopen?
