Deze heb ik gekocht bij een particuliere verkoper. Hij zei dat het voor een turbodiesel blok was maar ik begin er aan te twijfelen. Ik heb een paar foto's gemaakt.

Op de kroon staat; "91,67" "1007 - 0958" "Sp0,03"

En in de binnenkant staat "91V3U1" "F011" "Mahle A2" "91St6" en nog meer.


Zegt me vrij weinig. Ik zie aan de binnenkant van de zuiger wel dat er wat gaatjes geboord zijn maar of dit duid op een intern oliekanaal bij de olieschraapveer weet ik niet.

De diameter is ook gewoon groot. Het slagvolume is dan 610 cc (per cilinder). Er zijn 4 cilinder motoren die in de buurt komen van 2400 cc maar dan is het nog 40 cc groter. En is het uberhaubt mogelijk om een bijpassende cilinder te plaatsen in plaats de huidige cilinderwand op te boren tot de laatste milimeters?

Ik wil mijn OM617.952 gaan reviseren. Hiervoor heb ik al overmaat zuigers aangeschaft.

De maat die op de zuigers staan is 91,67 mm. Hiermee zal namelijk de inhoud van de motor toenemen van 2998 cc (boring 90,9 mm) naar 3050 cc.

Zou dit dan de laatste overmaat zijn?
