Zoals Govert al zei, voor het fijnafstellen beter wat nieuwe koperringen en rubber afdichtringen kopen.
de onderdeelnummers zijn:
koperring: 001 997 34 40 (Bosch: 1 410 105 001)
O-ring: 017 997 41 48 (Bosch: 1 460 210 321)
Het is centenspul.

zie ook hier hoe ik dat gedaan heb:

Mijn ervaring is dat de terugslagklepjes bij lange stilstand kunnen gaan vastkleven en daarna niet meer goed sluiten. de diesel loopt dan terug uit de leiding bij het stilstaan en de motor start daarna moeilijker en met veel rook. Je zou dan , behalve de eerste, ook de andere terugslagklepjes even kunnen uitbouwen en schoonmaken. Daarvoor heb je dan nog 3 setjes ringetjes nodig. Maar dit is niet perse nodig hoor.

De druppelmethode om fijn af te stellen vereist een nieuwe koperen dichtring, op het juiste moment de elementhouder aandraaien en schoon werken

Op de pomp zit een kerf en een missende tand, deze moeten tegenoverelkaar gezet worden (is OT 1e plunjer). dan inbouwen bij 26 graden voor OTP (bij 220D: 24 graden) en fijnafstellen met druppelmethode.

Het blok heeft motorschade opgelopen helaas, wn ik ben bezig om een vervangend blok op te bouwen. Nu heb ik de brandstof pomp moeten demonteren om op de nieuwe motor te plaatsen.
Ik heb de eerste cilinder op pl. Mn. 24 graden voor BDP. Staan. En de nok van de eerste plunjer op inspuiten. (Bovenin). Is dat de juiste ( grove) instelling? Wie kan mie daarbij adviseren.
