Ik ben sinds kort lid van oudebenzclub.nl, maar het leek me zeer verstandig om me hier ook te registreren. :)

Ik ben Jörg, 24 jaar oud en sinds april in het bezit van een 230CE, welke er op het eerste gezicht perfect uitziet. Toch zijn er een aantal punten die ik op korte termijn wil doen aan de auto, namelijk:

- Raamrubbers links/rechts vervangen
- Antenne werkend maken
- Roest bij het linker achter scherm
- Achterste deel uitlaat vervangen

Een collega van m'n vader knapt oude volvo's op en had deze Mercedes al zo'n 10 jaar onder een zeil achter in de schuur staan. Toen ik 'm zag was ik meteen verkocht!

In de auto ligt niet meer het orginele blok, maar een volledig gereviseerde 190E als ik het goed vertel. Hij loopt als een zonnetje. Ik weet niet of zo'n oude auto voorzien hoort te zijn van een Kickdown, maar dat doet de mijne in ieder geval niet. Dat is motorisch het enige wat me opvalt.

Volgende week word er door Mandigers uit Son een LPG installatie ingebouwd. Het verbruik vond ik dusdanig dat me dat wel de moeite leek.
