Van de week een nieuw deurrubber besteld. Nu heb ik al een en ander gevonden over het vervangen ervan maar is er misschien ook een fotoverslag van? En moet het nu wel of niet gelijmd worden?

Het stuk om de deurvanger dient gelijmd te worden.
Het is best gemakkelijk, maar zorg wel dat je wat plugjes op voorraad hebt om de metalen strip weer vast te zetten.
Vanavond kan ik je het onderdelennummer wel even sturen als ik thuis ben.
Ik kwam overigens bij het vervangen wat roest tegen, wat het allemaal wat tijdrovender maakte:)

Dit deel, om de deurvanger heen, moet worden gelijmd. Wel even de deurvanger los maken en niet het rubber doorsnijden.
Verder moet het rubber in de volgende bocht, na de deurvanger, worden gelijmd.

Dit kwam ik tegen toen het oude rubber was verwijderd. Even schrikken maar gaf wel aan dat het wel zin heeft om af en toe een een rubber te verwijderen /vervangen.

je kan, als je het hebt, een carrosserie lijm gebruiken maar ook "gewone" tix.

Een foto van de plaats waar de strip zit. De klemmen heb ik met een zijkniptang verwijderd. Voor het rubber heb ik van Bison de Colle secondenlijm gebruikt. Deur goed ontvetten, lijm op rubber doen en de deur dicht laten (een paar uur). Alles zit nog op z`n plek. Succes!

Vandaag ook het rubber van de portier vervangen. De klemmen kreeg ik er niet heel uit dus ik heb nieuwe moeten gebruiken. Het rubber was geen origineel maar de pasvorm is prima. Moet de deur nu wel wat harder dichtdoen dan normaal

Bij mijn auto moeten ook de deur rubbers vervangen worden.
Kun je mij vertellen welk merk rubbers je hebt gebruikt.
Is de wind langs de deur te horen(dit is mijn probleem)
Hebben jullie ook prijzen en het artikel nummer van die klemmetjes?

Ik heb het rubber gewoon bij de dealer gehaald, evenals de plugjes. Als dit is wat je bedoelt met klemmetjes kan ik vanavond als ik thuis ben wel even het onderdelennummer opzoeken. Ze kosten iets van 75 cent per stuk ofzo en je hebt er 6 nodig.
Rubber kost 90,21 inc BTW en de plugjes/schroefjes/klemmetjes 88 inc per stuk

Mijn deurrubber was 35 euro bij steronderdelen.nl. Die dopjes had ik nog liggen.
Windruis is inderdaad weg evenals de natte stoel als ik hem met de hogedrukspuit afspoot

Dat is inderdaad het verschil tussen originele rubbers bestellen bij de dealer en imitatierubbers.
Wat betreft de pasvorm hoor ik verschillende verhalen. Iemand toevallig ervaring met de achterruit en kofferbak rubber pasvorm
die staan nog bij mij op de planning
Edit: Plugjes hebben nummer A 000 987 10 15 en heten officieel 'stopfen'
