Sinds kort heb ik een 230CE. Echter vraagt de bodem wel om wat aandacht, ik ben begonnen de dikke tectylkoek te verwijderen met een staalborstel. Nu vraag ik me af hoe ik de bodem moet behandelen, er is zoveel te koop.

Hoe zouden jullie dit doen? eerst een verf of coating (welke verf, heb veel over epoxy gelezen) en dan tectyl of alleen tectyl en geen verf?

Ik ga zelf ook de bodem binnenkort doen, en ik dacht het volgende:

Schoonmaken, luchtspuit ed, staalborstel, eventueel stukken wegslijpen? daarna roestige stukjes (bij mij de opstaande delen waar plaatwerk samen komt vaak, behandelen, en daarna in de spuit kit of gewone kit op smeren, dan inderdaad epoxy primer en dan in de underbodycoating/steenslagcoating, lekker dik

Moet alleen nog dorpels eerst doen :/

Balken van binnen behandelen met gekookte lijnolie.

Dat is precies wat ik ga doen darkravert. Vandaag begonnen is een hoop werk maar knapt dr wel vanop.

Ha, ik maar googelen op darkravert, dacht wat is dat dan? Dat spul ken ik niet!!

Er zit een soort rubberachtig spul aan onderkant bodem met daaroverheen een laag tectyl.

Is dat rubberachtige spul aan te raden? Ik geloof dat het strijkkit/wax is.

Strijkkit is meestal hard. Ik denk dat het gewoon underbodyshoot/steenslagcoating is, beide blijven namelijk een beetje zacht

ik haak nog even in.
De winter komt er al bijna aan Ik twijfel of ik de bodem/dorpels moet laten behandelen. Tectyleren wellicht? Zou toch zonde zijn als de Benz na 1 winter verpest zou worden (is nu namelijk nog in goede conditie). Ik lees alleen wisselende verhalen (en flinke bedragen).
Wat zijn jullie ervaringen?

Als je het tijdelijk voor de winter wilt doen, koop dan een paar spuitbussen met troep, en spuit het zelf overal in en op de scheuren. Ik zal morgen op werk foto maken, wij hebben 1 soort die best wel snel droogt en hecht, kan je vrijwel gelijk mee rijden, maar weet even het merk/type niet...maar dacht ze ooit te zien bij gamma/praxis zelfs voor 10€ pb

Gewoon adem in houden en baggeren die zooi zoek een hoge stoep oid en zet m daar op met 2 banden dan kan je er toch wel redelijk onder?
