Het kan ook de zuiger zelf zijn die beschadigd is. Om er zeker van de zijn eraf halen en met perslucht de zuigers eruit persen. Mvg Rob

weet je wat handig is om die cilinder eruit te krijgen; even een oude remslang doormidden snijden en in de klauw draaien en daar je compressor pistool op.
Anders spuit je de remvloeistof overal naartoe. Stukje hout tussen beide cililders en plop!

Remklauw is ATE. Nippel is droog,remslang ook.
Ik denk dat het bij (buiten) cilindertje lekt. :pinch:

Ik wil graag ook mijn remklauwen reviseren maar wil graag alleen origineel revisiesetjes van Até gebruiken.
Moet ik hiervoor dan bij Wensink zijn of zijn de revisiesetjes van Marcel Kappen en etc. ook originele Até delen?

marcel kappen zou je kunnen bellen en navragen, bij automaterialen zaak kun je geluk hebben, ik heb 1x imitatie gekregen maar bij westerhof in wageningen ook een keer een merkloos zakje ,maar wel met rubbers met ate merkje erin... check ook de diverse aotoonderdelen sites, bij de dealer zal het wel echt van ate komen, maar bij stern in ede in ieder geval vond ik ze te duur, succes

De tip van Maikel is een goede, ik gebruik tegenwoordig ook altijd een oude remslang om het luchtpistool van de compressor op te zetten. Maar soms gaat zo'n zuiger nog niet los met zo'n 6 Bar aan lucht.
Meestal zit er aan één kant de zuiger vast.
Mijn tip is dat je dan je de remklauw weer even aan het remsysteem moet aansluiten. Met lijmtang aan de ene kant krijg je door te remmen de andere kant wel los.

Mooie tip Ronald ,
heb net bij de vrienden van KK te nieuwegein een klauw geregeld , goed werkend dat wel maar revisie setje nodig. Nu daar loop je ff op leeg 65 euri (orig merc) , vier rubbertjes. (zonder dame overigens :( :S )

Blokken ook stevig gaan de prijs (50 euri) . Dus verschoot wel ff van kleur. verg pkw autoteile via internet :evil: (13,- euri )
Remklauw was netjes geprijst 20 euri.

Alles wel kompleet nu , kan t erop zetten.
