hoi broeders,

ik heb een nette set fuchs kroonkurkvelgen gekocht voor de zomerbanden.
de binnenkant zit helaas behoorlijk vol met aangekoekte meuk. ik wil ze graag helemaal schoon voordat ik de banden erop zet, maar ik poets en krab me een lamme arm!
is er iets waarvan jullie weten dat als magie werkt? kan ik ze in een bad met iets laten "inweken" oid???
het wordt alweer veel te heet voor winterbanden, dus ik wil graag een oplossing.
wie kan me bijstaan met ideeen?

oja, ik wil me graag de 150 euro van het poedercoaten besparen dus overspuiten of coaten ga ik niet doen. het is een echt schoonmaak vraag

Even zoeken in de topic's van Toontje. Die gebruikt een soort van industriële vrachtwagenreiniger dacht ik. Goed spul.

Maar meestal zit na lange tijd verwaarlozing de remstof in je laklaag, dus dan kan je niet anders dan ze volledig herdoen.

Ik heb plakloodjes er binnen op ipv loodklemmetjes.Da's mooier, maar uhm de hitteschilden van de remklauwen op de achterwielen is bij 14 inch kroonkurkvelgen zo krap op de velg afgesteld, dat hij ertegen loopt en een tiktiktiktiktiktiktiktik gaf bij het wegrijden.

Ze zien er splinternieuw uit nu, met enige gebruikssporen maar dat vind ik persoonlijk mooier bij een klassieker dan gepoedercoate velgen. Ieder zijn ding.

gewoon water met waspoeder of biotex

Ik heb de foto's van mn velgen projekt gepost, maar heb nu nog 4 vieze wintervelgen in de schuur liggen.
Pieter810 reageerde kort dat ook biotex of waspoeder een goed middel zou zijn voor het grondig reinigen van de velgen.

Nu ik zie wat een resultaat het geeft op mn wagen denk ik toch maar dat ik de wintervelgen ook maar moet aanpakken, zodat ik straks in het najaar net zo netjes kan blijven rijden als nu.
Heeft iemand ervaringen verder met de waspoeder truuk? Of toch maar weer (hoe goed het ook werkt) schrobben met de dasty

Ik heb ook zo'n setje Fuch 14"velgen liggen en ben ze aan het schoonmaken. Dat Wibra spul werk OK. Op de foto van de achterkant van de velgen zie ik dat de pasvlakken die op de naaf komen er het zelfde uitzien als die ik heb, beetje aangeslagen bruin van kleur en niet egaal van vlak. Mijn vraag; mag je deze pasvlakken schoon schuren zodat ze weer 100% aanliggen of kan je ze zoals ze zijn monteren?

Bij de Gamma verkopen ze 'Wonderwheels'. Sterk spul, moet je niet al te vaak gebruiken.
Je spuit het erop, met het bijgeleverde kwastje invrijven, even laten inwerken en met de hogedruk afspoelen.
Eventueel met een tandenborstel schrobben.
Dit spul is sterker dan de Dasty van de Wibra....,
dus niet te vaak op je lak spuiten!

Neen schuren zou ik niet doen nee, het zal misschien wel een beetje oxidatie zijn, ijzer/alu contact. Misschien er gewoon eens over met een borstel en remmenreiniger. Wordt het niets, gewoon laagje kopervet en monteren, je ziet dit deel toch niet van je velg

De ontvetter hebben ze volgens mij standaard in het assortiment; Ook goei spul!

Ik heb de ontvetter gebruikt voor de caravan; die is weer als nieuw. Alleen niet gebruiken op letters; die gaan er gewoon mee vanaf...
